Once a subscription is activated, it is generally non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing, but access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused days or months.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Technical issue from our side that prevents service usage
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
